What is there to do?
Luxury apartments Curacao is located in the district Brakkeput, directly at the Spanish Water shore. This district is located next to the Jan Thiel district, both belonging to the luxury and prosperous neighborhoods of Curacao. The Caracas Baai, one of the nicest Bays on Curacao is close by. On the Spanish Water you can make boat trips along all villas and to Barbara Beach. Tours to Klein Curacao and fish strips are also possible.
In the Jan Thiel district are several nice beach bars, Zanzibar is known for its happy hour on Saturday afternoon. Bordering Jan Thiel and Brakkeput district are the salt pans of Jan Thiel. You can walk very nicely here and experience a completely different piece of Curacao. Flamingos and other bird species reside in the salt pans. A mountain bike trip through this area is a must.
A fifteen minute drive away are Mambo, Pietermaai and Punda. The happy hour on Friday at Wet and Wild is not to be missed, in all three areas you will find cozy restaurants. Punda is the old center of Curacao with its trading warf, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Over the famous bridge of Willemstad you will find Kokomo and a bit further the Christoffel mountain.

Culture on Curacao
Curacao has some musea. Kura Hulanda is a must do about slavery and the history of Curacao. Also the navy museum is nice. Curacao has a lot of manor houses, some of theme are open for a visit. Punda, pietermaai and Otrobanda are the districts where the old centre is and the famous bridges. The Juliana bridge and the Pontjes bridge. There is a floating market in Punda. Small boats sail over from Venezuela to the shores of Curacao and sell there vegetables.
In Curacao you can find the salt pans of Jan Thiel, Jan Kok and some more. Beautiful places for hiking and mountain biking. Here you also can see the flamingo’s. Also there is Klein Curacao, a small flat island a bit off shore. You can get there by boat. You can go diving and snorkeling for example at Tugboat a small wreck very close to shore and very shallow, a very interesting spot for everybody to see the underwater beauty of Curacao. There is the Christoffelberg the highest mountain on Curacao, and the National Park with Boka Pistol. Water smashes into the cliffs, especially when the wind blows it is spectaculair.
Amazing views and other sporty activities
Curacao has some spectacular views. It is good for a lot of sports as well. You can go windsurfing, sailing, kiteboarding, play golf, go hiking, mountain biking of course, climbing, play beach tennis of volleyball and dive or snorkel.
Happy hour, party and restaurants
Your holiday won’t be complete without experiencing the Nightlife of Curacao. There is so many happy hours to choose from you won’t be able to visit them all. Wet and Wild is pretty famous, and chill is very cozy. There are many restaurants to visit. And if you like to party, the happy hours end up in a nice dance party but there are also many nightclubs and salsa parties.
